How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on where you live and all shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

 

What is your return and refund policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale or discounted items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, and personal care items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:
Contact us at hello@thrivinginmelanin.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued for the cost of goods (excluding shipping) and processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.

Damages or Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

International Orders:
Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

European Union Customers:
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return an order for any reason.
